Sales Solutions Engineer
Kitchener – Full-Time
Shinydocs Corporation delivers innovative enterprise solutions for some of the world’s largest companies. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Solutions Engineer to support our customers.
- Working directly with sales to communicate the Shinydocs value proposition to customers.
- Applying both technical and business skills to solve problems within an account and subsequently architecting an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer’s business requirements.
- Work with the customer in identifying their key priorities and modifying the implementation process accordingly to reflect their process and key objectives
- Provides training to key users and following-up with customers on major implementation milestones
- Responds to RFx requests, taking the lead for the solution and technical elements of the response.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a solution selling\implementations
- Deep level of understanding of IT concepts
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Exceptional project management skills including time management, task organization, and prioritization.
